Imagine that you are on a journey travelling in your favourite vehicle (the one you feel comfortable in) you are moving ever forward, a bit like your life really.

Now Imagine the vehicles wiring is a bit faulty, one of the headlights is not working, the horn is a bit temperamental and the indicator is on the blink (but not as it was designed to be) so we amble along on our journey again a bit like life, accepting that not everything works correctly but safe in the knowledge that with our hands on the wheel we can usually avoid turning right at night because no one would see or hear us coming so we might never know whats around that corner.

When we inevitably have to take that right turn (I'm sure we all have our own metaphoric "right turns") we do so with our senses on full alert, tensing of muscles, shortness of breath with our emotions fully charged and if we live to tell the tale it is because of that locked in emotion that reminds us.

EFT is the Emotional Freedom Technique that sets us free from locked in memories that prevent us moving forward with our lives and looking forward to whats around the corner.
